DESCRIPTION:Once a month MCU heads to Jinja for discounted group lessons with the stellar team at Kayak the Nile. Paddlers of all levels – including beginners – are welcome. It’s always a fun weekend out of the big city! More info\, incl MCU discounts\, all-you-need-to-know on the lessons and sign-up here. \nNon-kayakers are more than welcome to join and enjoy a chilled out weekend with MCU. There are plenty of non-kayaking options from swimming\, stand-up-paddle-boarding on the Nile\, going on community walks\, horseback riding and many more. SUMMARY:KGB Sunday Ride
DESCRIPTION:Every week the Kampala Group of Bikers (KGB) will organize a fun ride on Sunday morning. The rides will be at an easy pace\, not too long (25-35km) and most important of all: great fun! The rides start from Kabira Country Club at 9am. You can park your car there for free. Our aim is to be back before noon for a good cup of coffee. Make sure to bring water\, food/snacks\, suncream\, a helmet and your bike and some money for coffee or drinks. If you don’t have a bike you can also hire one from Red Dirt Uganda (comes with a helmet) for 65k\, but let us know before the end of Friday.
