DESCRIPTION:This weekend the MCU is headed to Hairy Lemon Island for discounted group lessons with the stellar team at Kayak The Nile.\n\nPaddlers of all levels — especially beginners — are welcome. It’s always a fun weekend out of the big city! For more info\, including MCU discounts\, and anything else you might need to know\, sign up here.\n\nNon-kayakers are more than welcome to come and enjoy a chilled out weekend with MCU. There are plenty of non-kayaking options like swimming\, lounging on the island\, frisbee golf\, and more!\n\nIn addition to signing up using the online form\, please book your accomodation directly with Hairy Lemon Island here. Camping is available as well as dorm rooms\, but book fast!\n\nShuttles for transport are not available\, but after you sign up\, post to our Facebook page and we’ll help you find a ride! SUMMARY:KGB Sunday Ride
DESCRIPTION:Every week the Kampala Group of Bikers (KGB) will organize a fun ride on Sunday morning. The rides will be at an easy pace\, not too long (25-35km) and most important of all: great fun! The rides start from Kabira Country Club at 9am. You can park your car there for free. Our aim is to be back before noon for a good cup of coffee. Make sure to bring water\, food/snacks\, suncream\, a helmet and your bike and some money for coffee or drinks. If you don’t have a bike you can also hire one from Red Dirt Uganda (comes with a helmet) for 65k\, but let us know before the end of Friday.
