The climbing scene in Uganda has been around since the 1960’s but has really taken off in recent years, thanks in large part to MCU! The club has helped develop several climbing and bouldering sites in Kampala and of crags across the country.

We are fundraising to purchase much-needed gear to replace old shoes, ropes, and repair some routes at the Clarke Quarry that need some maintenance.
The Clarke Quarry is a popular climbing spot for people of all levels. But our gear is getting old and worn out, and we need to replace it. We need your help to keep our climbing operations safe and functioning!
