- Drink plenty of water
- Warm up beforehand (suggested 5 Minute Warm Up Workout or Dynamic Warm Up Routine Follow Along or Full Body Warm Up)
- Cool down/stretch afterward (suggested Quick Cool Down and Stretch or Cool Down Stretching Routine for Flexibility)
- Know your limits! This workout challenge is all about building strength. If you need to, start off slow! Consider reducing your “on” time, doing fewer rounds, or increasing your rest time between sets. As long as you’re building strength, you are succeeding!
