DESCRIPTION:Together with Red Dirt Uganda we are running guided mountain biking and trail running tours in and around Kampala every last Sunday of the month. Runners and bikers are both welcome! \nWe take a boat from Beach House at Lake Victoria at 8am. Choose between a bike tour of around 30km or a run of around 12km in a beautiful environment. Runners and bikers share the same boat and go back again together. \nCosts: UGX 20k for boat and guide. Bring your own bike or rent one and a helmet for 100k. \nAny questions?
