There will be multiple hiking options for each fitness level. DESCRIPTION:There are two public holidays coming up\, reason enough to go a bit bigger this time. So join us on the way to the highest peak of Uganda on 4th to 10th June! We’ll be hiking the beautiful Rwenzori Mountains and climbing Margherita peak during this 7 day trek. \nIn case you don’t want to do the full hike\, there are loads of other hiking option around – we could still share rides\, probably walk some days together and catch up again after the hike. \nWe’ll go with Rwenzori Mountaineering Service and there will be a special discount for MCU members. The trek fee is including guide\, food\, porters\, park fee\, bed nights fee and does not include sleeping bags\, crampons\, ice axe\, harnesses (can be rented\, order in advance)\, accomodation before and after the hike\, transport – for 677 USD for foreign residents / 554 USD for nationals. DESCRIPTION:Together with Kayak the Nile we are running our kayaking weekends again!! \nThere are some slight adjustments to prevent the spread of COVID-19: \n\nTwo trips per month to avoid a big group gathering\nMax. 9 people for one weekend in groups of 3 people in one kayaking group\nTime slots to avoid big group briefings or lunch\nMCU is not organizing any accommodation and does not encourage to stay altogether in one camp; there will be also no collective dinner/BBQ plan for the evening\nFor all who hold or plan to purchase the 5 lessons bundle (applies normally for min. 4 MCU members)\, this will be possible for only 10 USD extra per person (more information on pricing in the all-you-need-to-know sheet – find the link in the sign up sheet)\nWe highly encourage everyone who travels together also could stay together in one kayaking group (so kindly check on the level of each other).\nPreventative measurements for COVID-19 must be taken serious.
