DESCRIPTION:MCU – KAYAKING WEEKENDS are on again! \nTogether with Kayak the Nile we will be running monthly kayaking weekends around Jinja with great (!) special discounts for all MCU members.\nThe first MCU kayaking weekend will roll out on May 08/09th. \nPaddlers of all levels – including beginners – are welcome. Non-kayakers are more than welcome to join and enjoy a chilled-out weekend with the MCU. There are plenty of non-kayaking options from mountain biking\, stand-up-paddle-boarding on the Nile\, going on community walks\, horseback riding and many more. DESCRIPTION:Together with Red Dirt Uganda we are running guided mountain biking and trail running tours in and around Kampala every last Sunday of the month. Runners and bikers are both welcome! \nWe take a boat from Beach House at Lake Victoria at 8am. Choose between a bike tour of around 30km or a run of around 12km in a beautiful environment. Runners and bikers share the same boat and go back again together. \nCosts: UGX 20k for boat and guide. Bring your own bike or rent one and a helmet for 100k. \nSign up here! \nAny questions?
