This single day hike is one of the most beautiful and popular in Uganda.  The summit of 3645 meters straddles the Uganda/Rwanda/DRC border.  The trail lies within Mgahinga National Park and will be accompanied by Uganda Wildlife Authority Rangers.  Depart Friday, November 24th around 3pm.  Expect to return to Kampala late Sunday evening.  Contact Lorna to sign up or for more details.  This hike lies within a national park and requires paying park entrance fee and a ranger guide fee as well.  This is usually 80 USD per person, but certainly less if you are a Ugandan or have an UWA pass.
