Distance: 20km – 25km
Costs: MCU members ride free with your own bike – unless we go with a boat across the lake (budget UGX 20,000 ugx per person for boat transfers)
Bike rental (incl. helmet): 100,000 ugx per person – please transfer the amount latest 24 hours through mobile money to Bike Shop Uganda to confirm your bike rental.
Things to note:
- In case you need to fix your bike, use the chance to do that at the shop in the morning. Bring your water bottle and fill it for free with some
- sports drinks powder at the shop.
- Make sure to have breakfast before the trip.
- Beginner cyclists are welcome to join, and there will be a guide for those who wish to do a shorter distance or easier route.
