We are lucky enough to have a certified Alpine Instructor from the Washington Alpine Club in Kampala this summer.  Leslie Otto has been an instructor for years and is offering a free belay clinic at the Quarry.  Know any dodgy belayers out there that you don’t want at the end of your rope?  I do!  Ever had anyone decline your offer to belay them and wonder why?  Never learned how to belay properly?  Now is the time to tighten up your safety.  Don’t leave it to chance.  Do it the right way!
