Short: 250 m swim, 12.5 km bike, 2.5 km run

Long: 500 m swim, 25 km bike, 5 km run

Duathlon:

Short: 12.5 km bike, 2.5 km run, 12.5 km bike

Long: 25 km bike, 5 km run, 25 km bike

Online Registration*:

Expat Individual: 90,000 UGX

Ugandan Individual: 50,000 UGX

Kid (16 years of age and below): 30,000 UGX

Expat Team and Family: 150,000 UGX

Ugandan Team and Family: 120,000 UGX

*For registration at the event we charge 10,000UGX extra per participant. Payment is at the event, no prior payment required. The registration fee includes Sunday breakfast, snacks and fruits
